Operation 2023 is a cohort-based program which will provide tutoring in math and reading; enrichment, and support services to a cohort of 16 boys over an extended period of time through their graduation from high school. Our first cohort of boys will enter 4th thru 6th grades in the 2016 thru 2017 academic year. In 2023, the 6th grade boys will graduate from high school. Each year, the Program will follow the same cohort of boys until they graduate high school. The year-round program will provide remedial math, reading, and enrichment activities (values clarification, critical thinking, and recreation).
